Job Description
The core mission of the Onboarding team is to drive the growth of [Employer hidden] by making our customers' first experience sending, receiving, and spending money as convenient and transparent as possible, across web and mobile.
Here’s how you’ll be contributing:
- Lead the Onboarding team in finding and iterating on opportunities to grow [Employer hidden] faster, bringing more customers to the revolution.
- Directly contribute to our mission to make money without borders the new normal by figuring out and building solutions so that our customers can move money instantly, conveniently, transparently, and eventually, for free.
- Create a compelling vision for your product area and draw a clear path to get there, inspiring your team and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, and Analysts to enable the team to make informed, data-driven decisions and execute to the highest standards.
You will achieve impact by:
- Driving Customer Conversion: Success is currently measured by tracking and improving the conversion rates of new customers globally across all our products.
- Building World-Class Products: You will iterate on any aspect of our products across platforms without ever compromising on transparency or user experience.
- Choosing Your Path: You will be empowered to act autonomously, working with your team to create your own vision and making key product calls with the freedom to gather feedback from smart, curious people across [Employer hidden].
- Growing as a Leader: You will build and inspire your own team, and influence other teams, to contribute to the [Employer hidden] mission.
- Being a True Lead: You will not stick to a "by the book" product manager role definition; you will help your team with hiring, learning new skills to unblock things where needed, and getting things done.
