Chiropractor Needed - Aberdeenshire, Scotland - Mentorship & support from the best team!
We are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our world-class team in Scotland, in a full-time, employed position.
This position is well suited to a either a newer graduate who is keen to develop their skills in a welcoming, family-oriented clinic with excellent mentorship, or a more experienced practitioner, looking for a new challenge.
Our team works hard but plays hard - we take our jobs seriously but not ourselves! If you are looking for a supportive environment in which to grow your skills and confidence, then look no further.
Employed Position - Sponsorship Available for Overseas Applicants
A little bit about us:
- We are a multi-award-winning clinic of chiropractors and massage therapists
- Our clinic became an EOT (Employee Owned Trust) in 2024. This means everyone in the team plays a key role in the success of the business and is invested in our growth!
- From March 2026 we will have IDD Therapy available - come and learn this incredible new modality with us!
- We invest time and energy into our associates. You will never be left in a room to get on with it.
- We are a team of 16 and treat each other like family. We socialise together often and enjoy regular team-building days
- We have a very diverse team, our clinic is a Visa sponsor so we have over the years had associates from the USA, Malaysia, Switzerland, Slovakia and South Africa!
- Our highly trained clinic assistant team takes care of you and your diary, leave the admin to them!
What we are looking for:
- Someone willing to learn all the skills needed to effortlessly and ethically build a fully booked list within 6 months (without being high volume or using scare tactics!
- Someone who thrives on teamwork and weekly in-house coaching sessions from other team members
- Someone who wants more than a "job", they want a supportive team they will learn to love as family.
