[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to elevate our digital presence and lead promotions. Responsibilities include campaign management, content creation, social media, email marketing, brand stewardship, and reporting.

Are you a multi-channel marketer with a passion for driving integrated campaigns?

[Employer hidden] Group is looking for a dynamic Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our digital presence and leading all promotions for [Employer hidden] Group and supporting content for BIIAB, [Employer hidden] Group Access, and [Employer hidden] Group Awards as required. From managing campaigns for our Foundation, membership, events and training, and podcast launches to crafting high-impact newsletters, you will play a vital role in building our brand and engaging our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Take ownership of our CPD (Continuing Professional Development), Foundation, Membership, and podcast You will manage the end-to-end distribution, scheduling, and promotion of content to maximise reach.
  • Content & Social Media: Lead the creation of engaging content across our [Employer hidden] Group social media channels. You will collaborate with colleagues to turn stories and updates into polished, high-impact brand newsletters and social media posts.
  • Technical Execution: Confidently manage email marketing through Mailchimp and perform regular website content updates using WordPress.
  • Brand Stewardship: Help supervise the Group’s corporate image, ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Events & Research: Assist in the planning and promotion of events and design internal/external surveys using Microsoft Forms.
  • Reporting: Monitor and measure engagement across social and email platforms, providing monthly reports and actionable recommendations to increase audience impact. Knowledge of GA4 is an advantage.

Who We Are Looking For

  • A Content Specialist: You have hands-on experience managing professional social media accounts and a keen eye for storytelling and brand consistency.
  • A Campaign Coordinator: You are experienced in supporting multi-channel campaigns; knowledge of podcast hosting platforms (ideally Libsyn) is a distinct advantage.
  • A Collaborative Communicator: You enjoy working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to gather information and transform it into compelling campaigns for diverse audiences.
  • A Digitally Capable Marketer: You are comfortable using CMS platforms (ideally WordPress) and email marketing software (ideally Mailchimp) to deliver polished digital communications.
