We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to inspire a high-performing team, and ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience and the answer to a neighbourhood delicatessen and café, open both day and night, every day. With a pastry program, and a healthy and seasonal savoury food program, it's perfect for an everyday visit. There are 35 indoor seats, and a spacious 50-seat terrace. We’ll be focused on delicious coffee, a well created beverage program, great retail offering and plenty of takeaway options too. We’re looking for energetic, fast paced hospitality professionals with a passion for excellence and who thrive in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of quality and service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff members.
- Manage inventory, budgets, and financial reports to maximise profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to excellence.
