The Role:

We’re looking for an Operations Manager with a big personality and a true love for hospitality — someone who thrives on the buzz of busy restaurants, not hiding behind a desk or a suit. This is a hands-on role overseeing four London sites, where no two days are the same. You’ll be the vital link between the owner and each restaurant’s leadership team, keeping standards high, motivating people, solving challenges on the spot, and making sure every guest has an exceptional experience across the group.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after a confident operator with proven multi-site experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality groups — but we’re also open to an exceptional General Manager ready to take the next step and make a real impact on their career path.
