Weekends & Evenings Claims Handler

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a Part Time Claims Handler to join their First Response Team. The role involves handling initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage, providing exceptional customer service, and working to targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Handle initial client claims related to road traffic, personal injury, and vehicle damage.
  • Looking after your own caseload of clients, delivering an exceptional customer service experience to both customers and clients.
  • Being articulate, having a strong communication skill set to handle complex claims, and maintaining professional relationships with internal colleagues, external clients, and third parties.
  • Working to targets and deadlines within a proactive workplace, meaning taking ownership of your caseload is essential.
