| MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES |
- · Maintain and support the show’s system design
- · Support Video and Lighting teams during rehearsals, previews, performances, and maintenance periods
- · Operate Video and/or Lighting systems during performances as required
- · Manage associated control equipment
- · Undertake proactive and preventative maintenance
- · Assist with scheduling routine maintenance and equipment replacement
- · Report equipment faults and liaise with [Employer hidden] Project Managers regarding repairs
- · Share knowledge within the [Employer hidden] team, contributing to cross-departmental skill development
- · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and under pressure
- · Work closely with the Heads of Video and Lighting to ensure smooth daily show operations
- · Monitor and manage spare stock levels for on-site repairs
- · Support internal departments when required to ensure excellent customer service
- · Carry out any additional duties reasonably associated with the role

| REQUIREMENTS |
| Level of education: · Industry accepted qualifications · Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or proven work experience |
| Work experience: · Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in live events or the theatre sector · Strong understanding of key control systems and technical disciplines used within live productions |
| Required skills: · Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask calmly under pressure · Highly organised, detail-oriented, and precise · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Professional, diplomatic, and customer-focused · Team-oriented with the ability to work autonomously when required · Comfortable working at height while wearing a harness · Discreet, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality · Proactive problem-solver, aligned with company policies and procedures · Able to represent [Employer hidden] to the highest professional standard at all times |

| Other requirements · Right to work in the UK · Ability to travel throughout the UK including overnight stays from time to time |
