IT Technician
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] group is looking for an IT Technician to join our Strode’s College team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. The primary responsibilities of the IT Technician include providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support for IT, AV, and printing needs across all college campuses and associated sites.
IT Technician
This IT Technician role is primarily based at Strode’s College in Egham Surrey. You will be working 37 hours per week on a permanent full-time contract.
The primary responsibilities of the IT Technician include providing 1st, 2nd, and some 3rd line support for IT, AV, and printing needs across all college campuses and associated sites.
The IT Technician will ensure uninterrupted IT services during operational hours and maintain all related hardware and software systems. This includes managing devices such as PCs with current operating systems, printers, servers, and maintaining college IT services like asset documentation and stock control inventory.
Additionally, the IT Technician is expected to support both internal and external operations of the College IT services, which involves installing, testing, configuring, and maintaining various devices.
The role also encompasses managing remote access facilities, diagnosing and repairing faulty equipment, and liaising with service providers.
