We are seeking a creative, relational Youth and Children’s Minister to join our team. This is not just a Sunday role; it is an opportunity to bridge the gap between church, school, and community. You will work to nurture faith, belonging, and flourishing across all ages in a church that explicitly values inclusion and social justice.
The Role:
You will balance leading our established church youth group and Children’s Church with a dynamic chaplaincy support role at Trinity Church of England Secondary School. You will be key in helping us meet our Mission Action Plan priorities: Discipleship, Worship, Widening Inclusion, and Community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a deep, rich Christian faith & a passion for working with children & youth.
- Is committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where “All are welcome”.
- Can manage volunteers effectively and build strong relationships with families.
- Is ready to work collaboratively within both a parish and school setting.
