What your day will look like?

You will be Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, assess, evaluate and ensure that long-term and short-term goals of all Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events operations are met.

Additionally, you direct and manage all department activities to maximise revenue, profitability and quality goals by developing and executing marketing strategies, up-selling strategies, controlling costs, and by providing quality service and products to guests. All work will be in line with the hotel’s guidelines and business plan of 100 Queen’s Gate, a CURIO Collection by Hilton’s corporate guidelines and service concepts.

What You’ll Bring?

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, including menu planning, beverage production, and service standards.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competition, cost management, and local requirements.
  • Awareness of merchandising, promotions, and business planning processes.

Experience

  • Proven track record in leadership within food & beverage or hospitality operations.
  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Involvement in developing and executing business plans to drive sales and service improvements.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills to maximise team productivity and satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills to review financial and operational reports.
  • Ability to develop strategies that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
