An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team.
Job Introduction
Administrator - Erith - Monday to Friday - 08:00-17:00- 42 hours per week
An opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring our Telemetry system and assist depot with service alerts.
- Adding newly installations to the system .
- Managing the stock held at Erith and logging requests and deployments.
- Working with the category manager to ensure all data bases are kept upto date.
- Working with depot service team to assist with service bookings using telemetry data

- Customer service experience
- Previous administration experience
- Organisational and communication skills
- Team working skills
- High level of integrity
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Customer handling and telephone skills
- Experience in using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft packages
- Be focused, show initiative and have a good attention to detail
- Ability to juggle tasks and prioritise work
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
