FULL DESCRIPTION

The role

At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we’re proud to be more than just one business. We’re a partnership of nearly 2,000 locally run practices and multiple manufacturing and distribution sites across the globe, all supported by expert teams who care deeply about helping others do their best work. This role sits right at the heart of that support. Reporting to the Retail and Supply Chain Technology Operations Manager, you’ll be based at a local [Employer hidden] office or working from home, travelling across the UK and ROI to stay close to the people and places that matter most.

As our Retail and Supply Chain Operations Lead, you’ll work shoulder to shoulder with store partners, supply chain leaders and IT colleagues to keep things running smoothly. You’ll coordinate field engineering demand, balance priorities, and make sure the right work is happening at the right time, with the right people. While our engineers focus on the technical detail, you’ll provide the structure, direction and clarity that keeps everything moving forward and aligned.

You’ll lead with empathy and confidence, supporting the development of a geographically spread team through coaching, performance conversations and thoughtful resource planning. You’ll have a natural way of building trust with partners, a calm head when balancing competing demands, and the confidence to challenge requests while keeping relationships strong.

This is a hands on, fast paced role where you’ll shape how services are delivered, improve processes, and help raise the bar across our retail and supply chain estate. You’ll influence infrastructure improvements, support store change activity, and work closely with third party suppliers to maintain high service standards.

If you bring experience in IT service delivery, an understanding of infrastructure environments, and a people‑first leadership style, you’ll find this a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact while being part of a supportive, values led team.
