As a Low Vision Domiciliary Dispensing Optician at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], you'll provide eye care to people unable to visit stores, supporting them with daily tasks. Based in North Wales and surrounding areas, you'll visit patients in their homes or care homes. The role offers a basic salary of £40,000 fte, a welcome bonus, company car or allowance, and other benefits.

Ready to take your skills on the road? As a Low Vision Domiciliary Dispensing Optician at [Employer hidden], you can do just that. You’ll be driving our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing eye care to the people who aren’t able to come into our stores. But not only do you help them with their sight, you’ll be able to support them to get basic tasks done that they wouldn’t be able to do without you. Essentially, you’ll be bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.
Our business
Based in and around North Wales and surrounding areas you'll be providing care to vulnerable patients in their own homes or within care home settings. An ideal location for the successful candidate to reside would be North Wales area.

What we’re looking for?
We do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Domiciliary Dispensing Optician. These include:
- Registration with the GOC
- Previous experience working as a Dispensing Optician
- Ideally holding Low Vision accreditation or the intention to obtain
- Full UK driving license
Some desirable experience could set you apart from the competition if you have it, such as
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment
- Be confident using new systems as well as tablets and laptops.
