Supervisor
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is looking for a passionate and driven Supervisor to join their thriving Hillsborough store. The role involves supporting the Store Manager and Directors, leading by example, and empowering the team. The position requires experience in optics, leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.
The role
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and Directors to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store. You’ll lead by example, setting high standards and empowering your team to make the right decisions for every customer.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance customer care with commercial awareness — all while being supported to grow your leadership and people-management skills. It’s an important position, but one where you’ll be fully supported to succeed.
