Performance Intelligence Lead

Permanent Full-Time role. Location: Birmingham Airport Hours: Monday-Friday (08:00-16:00) Pay: £39,140 annual pay

Join Our Team as a Performance Intelligence Lead will play an important role within the Performance intelligence service area of the Contract, formed to support the Assisted Travel Team in planning of performance intelligence and looking at performance data trends to improve efficiency in delivering the Birmingham airport AT contract. The role requirements are to deliver tangible outputs and credible metrics to measure performance using data and science to illustrate progress and demonstrate commitment and corporate responsibility

About the Role:

As a Performance Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Understand and combine data from various sources to create analytics data sets. Develop a solid working knowledge of how current systems and data sources are populated and sourced.
  • Analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop solutions to address business problems.
  • Monitor and audit data quality.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent analytical / diagnostic skills with data analysis and report writing experience
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
  • The ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
  • Ability to use either Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to establish and install new policies and processes.
  • Analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop solutions to address business problems.
  • The ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualisations.
