Interim Risk Manager
An initial fixed term contract that runs until the end of 2026. It could even be extended or even made permanent. Giving you the chance to take a break from the frustrations of job-hunting for most of the year, whilst getting some excellent experience in the process. You’ll also have the flexibility to work from home 4 days a week.

What you’ll be doing?
You’ll be working for a well-established, successful Financial Services business that’s been growing rapidly, both organically and acquisitively.
You’ll be providing proactive, independent risk expertise across strategic change initiatives, helping to ensure transformation outcomes are delivered safely and sustainably.
You’ll translate risk appetite into practical guardrails for transformation initiatives as well as challenge and oversee control standards for change.
You’ll also produce clear, concise risk reporting for senior management and ensure accurate aggregation of risk exposure and alignment to appetite and tolerances.
What you’ll need
You’ll have accumulated considerable experience in Risk oversight and management in a Financial Services business, and will possess a strong grasp of enterprise risk frameworks, appetite, control design and assurance.
You’ll also have a proven track record of providing commercially pragmatic, risk aware decision support to senior management.
