As a Senior Project Manager, Offshore Operations & Maintenance Facilities, you will play a key role in shaping the development of offshore wind operations facilities that support long-term asset performance. You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring facilities are safe, commercially robust, and ready for operations from day one.
The role
Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of offshore operations and maintenance facilities, from early strategy through to execution
- Translate operational requirements into practical facility designs, including logistics, control rooms, and vessel interfaces
- Manage commercial and contractual arrangements across multiple partners, ensuring alignment with project and investment requirements
- Oversee programme delivery within structured governance frameworks, providing clear reporting, recommendations, and risk management
- Build strong relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
You have
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or facilities projects, ideally within offshore wind or a similar environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across matrixed teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing commercial and contractual arrangements in multi-party project environments
- A structured, delivery-focused approach with experience operating within formal governance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clear, professional reports and engage a wide range of stakeholders
