FULL DESCRIPTION

The Product Promotion Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the product and promotion strategy for [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Smart Buildings. You’ll be responsible for content creation, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement across all areas of the business, ensuring our solutions are clearly articulated and differentiated in the market.

The role

Lead the development and execution of the annual product and promotion strategy, managing the budget to deliver omni-channel collateral, event literature, and website updates.
Produce and coordinate compelling content (including literature, presentations, graphics, press releases, and exhibition materials), oversee website content, and implement organic and paid social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Develop high-quality sales support materials and foster relationships with external bodies, customers, and industry partners to strengthen market presence and influence.
Design and deliver accredited CPD courses and support internal communications initiatives to share strategic updates and promote the Smart Buildings narrative across the organisation.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with GDPR and internal governance standards, monitoring, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance, presenting insights and ROI against KPIs to leadership.

You have

Knowledge of traditional BMS channels such as M&E contracting, Facilities Management and industry trade bodies.
Familiarity with the UK energy market, net zero strategies, and sustainability regulations affecting buildings and infrastructure.
Experience in developing and implementing product strategies across multiple customer segments with differentiated messaging.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and campaigns, including partner coordination, internal stakeholder alignment, and delivery against timeline.
Knowledge and experience within the BEMS and / or Energy Industry is highly desirable.
