FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join the Client Services team to lead business on a high-profile account. The Senior Account Manager will manage and execute projects, serve as a primary client contact, and build and sustain strong client relationships with minimal supervision. The Senior Account Manager must have a background in event delivery, with a strong understanding of the intricacies involved in planning and executing events.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Delivery and Nike Account Director, including client communications, program development, and initiatives to drive account growth and strengthen client relationships
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, providing first class Account Management skills
  • Have a strong overview of your accounts - client vision, portfolio, future strategy and how we can fulfil their needs
  • Represent the Client Services department internally, reporting on your account's performance including financial and personnel
  • Prioritise daily workload for yourself and other members of your project team to ensure you remain organised and monitor progress to meet planned deadlines
  • Write briefs, presentations, and proposals, assist on pitches and help win new business
  • Act as the day-to-day client contact and lead client projects, while overseeing cross-functional internal teams
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of experiential and hospitality programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards
  • Assist with strategic and creative concept development
  • Manage project billing, forecasting, and financial system updates to ensure accuracy and fiscal accountability
  • Write briefs, presentations, and proposals, assist on pitches and help win new business
  • Interact with partners and other stakeholders relevant to support client programs
  • Oversee and manage a variety of project deliverables simultaneously
  • Prepare and deliver program recaps and client reports, summarizing performance, insights, and key metrics to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Apply best practices and learnings from previous projects to elevate performance level
  • Stay on top of industry trends and provide proactive recommendations for how clients can elevate their programs
  • Be a confident presenter who’s not afraid to be put on the spot and answer difficult questions
  • Build on your knowledge of our client's brand identities and what would and wouldn’t work for them

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a multi-faceted agency in a client facing, pitching role
  • Be a reliable and trusted member of a client services team
  • Experience in office sharing programmes (word, excel, teams)
  • Mac user
  • Communicates effectively and constructively with the team and clients
  • Excellent written and presentation ability
  • Able to complete tasks at expected quality with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and priorities workload
  • Great at timekeeping and time-management
  • Flexible approach to problem solving
