Level 3 – Cognition and Learning – Grade 4: £26,403 – £28,598 per annum pro rata
Actual starting salary: £20,715.79 – £22,437.99 per annum
Learning Support Assistant

This role is vital in fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where all students are encouraged and enabled to thrive.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality support to students with a range of learning needs, working closely with teaching staff to ensure inclusive and engaging classroom experiences. You will play a key role in delivering personalised interventions, helping students access the curriculum, and promoting positive outcomes academically, socially, and emotionally.
You will work in partnership with subject teachers, pastoral teams, and the SENCO to help create a learning environment grounded in Gospel values and high aspirations for every child.
