The governors of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Headteacher to lead our school.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the final phase of a rapid school improvement journey and then into the next chapter for the community.

We are seeking a Headteacher who will:

• Lead with integrity, faith, and a deep commitment to Catholic education
• Inspire excellence in teaching, learning, and personal development
• Champion our children and families and hold the highest expectations of pupil’s achievement
• Build strong partnerships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the parish

• Drive continuous improvement while celebrating what already makes our school special

• Has proven leadership experience, resilience and the ability to motivate and empower others

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Will relish developing and leading a high performing team
• Brings creativity, imagination, and a clear vision for the future
