As our NPD Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind new product introductions, ensuring every launch meets our exacting standards and global processes.

Main Responsibility

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the Global Gate Process to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to brand quality standards.
  • Develop technical readiness plans and oversee packaging trials to ensure flawless execution.
  • Identify and manage project risks, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external supply partners to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with design agencies and brand teams to guide development outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement across systems, processes, and team culture.
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive environment where every voice contributes to our legacy.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within FMCG or packaging development
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, packaging substrates, and qualification processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and inclusive leadership
