FULL DESCRIPTION

Job Introduction

We are currently looking for an ITSM Systems Co-ordinator to join our Service Delivery team. This role will give you the opportunity to own and drive the design, configuration and use of the IT Service Management System, as well as, enhancing the service provided to the business.

Main Responsibility

As ITSM Systems Co-ordinator, you will lead the design and implementation of the IT Service Management System in partnership with the GTS leadership team, process owners and SMEs. You will be responsible for monitoring the IT Service Management System's overall performance and identify areas of improvement with solutions recommended, detailing the pros, cons and risks.

Our Ideal Candidate

You will have prior experience in an IT Service Management experience, preferably with experience in using and developing Assyst. Proficiency in general-purposing programming languages such as Python, Powershell or Bash Script would be beneficial in the role, as well as, a sound understanding of ITIL Foundation principles.
