Status: Temp/Contract
Location: Aberdeenshire
Rate: Competitive rate on offer
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Reviewing, coding, and processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
- Raising intercompany invoices, ensuring accuracy.
- Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations, investigating discrepancies.
- Preparing and managing weekly and ad-hoc payment runs.
- Assisting with month-end close, including preparation of supporting documentation.
- Supporting the production and analysis of financial statements.
- Providing support during internal and external audit processes.
Applicants to this role require:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role.
- Ability to start a new role on short notice.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business, and both written and verbal.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
- Confident communicator, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Proactive, organised, and keen to develop within a finance function.
