FULL DESCRIPTION
Working as part of a dedicated HR function for a 12-month period, you’ll provide clear, practical advice to managers across the full employee lifecycle while supporting fair, consistent and compliant people processes. If you're confident dealing with HR queries, enjoy problem solving and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, this role offers real scope to grow and develop your expertise.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Advising Managers on HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters, supporting formal hearings where required.
- Managing and resolving HR queries, ensuring accurate interpretation of policy and process.
- Delivering and interpreting HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making and enhance employee engagement.
- Contributing to the development of HR processes, tools and documentation in line with legal and organisational requirements.
- Supporting accurate and efficient HR data processing and helping to improve administration tools and workflows.
- Building strong working relationships across the organisation and delivering a high-quality, professional HR service.
- Promoting an inclusive, values-driven culture where colleagues feel safe, supported and able to perform at their best.
- Actively participating in ongoing learning and development to build your HR capability and maintain relevant accreditation.
