Rate: Available Upon Request

A permanent opportunity to join a company as Contracts Coordinator based in Ellon on a permanent, full-time basis with hybrid working available. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract processes and be comfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration and management of commercial contracts.
  • Supporting contract review processes and contributing to negotiations.
  • Working alongside operational and commercial stakeholders to monitor contractual obligations and mitigate risks.
  • Ensuring contract documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company procedures.

About You:

  • A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within offshore, subsea, or energy sectors.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and support business needs.
