The Client Service Coordinator will manage a team to ensure deadlines are met, communicate with UK clients, demonstrate computer skills, produce KPI reports, and develop process documentation.

2.Must be able to:

  • Manage a team to ensure deadlines are met
  • Fluent in English to communicate with UK clients
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills including Word, Excel
  • Produce KPI reports for the team efficiency
  • Develop process documentation to increase efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • You must have ALL the below skills to qualify for an interview.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relevant experience of a minimum of 2 – 3 as a client service coordinator
  • A minimum bachelor’s degree
  • The right attitude and eagerness to learn
  • UK client experience is a plus but not necessary
