Night Reception Team Member

Responsibilities include guest service, handling queries, processing payments, managing reservations, and conducting night audit procedures. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience in a similar property is helpful.

We would love you to have:

  • Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
  • Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.

What the role includes:

  • Guest service delivery
  • Covering late check in's & late check outs
  • Confidently handling guest queries or complaints
  • Processing payments
  • Manage reservations through Opera and other platforms
  • Overnight linen management
  • CCTV monitoring and control building access to maintain property security alongside security and safety checks across the building
  • Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports for management
