Preferred Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in a similar cleaning, maintenance, or facilities role would be advantageous

- Experience with specialised access equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or telehandlers is preferred.

- Proactive and reliable approach to your work.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.

- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and visitors.

- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.

- Possession of a full UK driving licence is preferred.

What you will be doing

- Undertaking minor repairs and general maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in good working order.

- Assisting with ad-hoc maintenance requests and supporting the Facilities team as required.

- Chaperoning visitors, acting as a point of contact, guiding them, and ensuring they have a positive and professional experience.

- Managing and disposing of all waste efficiently, adhering to recycling policies and ensuring a tidy environment.

- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facilities.
