Food & Beverage Assistant

We currently have an amazing opportunity to join the team as Food & Beverage Assistant.

Requirements:

We are looking for hard-working, reliable, and energetic individuals who can handle the pace of one of the busiest bars on the Isle of Skye.

This is not a quiet, easy role, it is fast, physical, and demanding.

Duties will include:

  • Serving food and drinks in a very busy bar environment
  • Working across multiple areas: bar, floor service, clearing, glass collection
  • Delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times
  • Supporting the team to maintain cleanliness and organisation
  • Handling busy service periods with speed and accuracy
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties
