Reservations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and support the reservations team in delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Manage individual, group, and corporate bookings across our systems.
  • Ensure all guest details, billing instructions, and room allocations are correct.
  • Assist in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining rate integrity.
  • Work closely across all teams to maximise occupancy and upsell opportunities.
  • Handle guest queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train new team members and maintain consistent standards across the department

About You:

  • Has previous hotel reservations or front-office experience (supervisory experience desirable).
  • Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Is confident using hotel PMS/CRS systems (Guestline experience is an advantage).
  • Enjoys leading teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Is committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
