We’re looking for a Senior Strategist to join a thoughtful and ambitious strategy and brand consultancy in London. This is a studio known for helping brands uncover clarity, shape meaningful narratives and unlock creative potential. With a small and highly collaborative strategy team, this role offers real ownership across projects and the chance to work closely with senior leadership while shaping impactful strategic thinking.

The Opportunity

As Senior Strategist, you’ll drive strategic thinking across multiple projects, leading workstreams from immersion through to articulation and storytelling. You’ll facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, uncover powerful insights and translate complex thinking into clear and actionable strategy.

Working closely with a Strategy Director and Principal, you’ll be part of a small team with high ownership across briefs. You’ll help shape project direction, support new business thinking and mentor junior strategists along the way.

This role offers strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to elevate both the work and the studio’s growing strategic reputation.

About You

– You bring strong experience in brand strategy, creative strategy or insight-led consultancy.

– You are confident facilitating workshops, generating insight and shaping compelling strategic narratives. You enjoy working collaboratively with designers and creative teams, and you bring clarity and calm thinking even when projects are complex.

– You are thoughtful with your ideas, generous with your thinking and motivated by creating work that genuinely moves brands forward.
