Introduction
We’re partnering with an independent creative and strategy agency in London, England, specialising in beverage alcohol and wider CPG brands. They create insight-led campaigns, social media content and brand worlds that connect meaningfully with audiences — particularly across the US market.
They’re now looking for a Social-First Creative to lead the vision and execution of platform-native campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and YouTube.
The Opportunity
As Social-First Creative, you’ll translate brand strategy into thumb-stopping, social-first creative. From quarterly content planning to always-on production, you’ll shape campaigns that drive retail engagement and cultural relevance.
You’ll art direct shoots, oversee asset production, collaborate with Social, Accounts and Operations, and confidently present beautifully crafted decks to global drinks clients.
About You
- 3–5 years in a creative, social media or design agency
- Strong graphic design foundation, now focused on social-first creative strategy
- Experience across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable with Monday or Asana, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, Google Slides
- Experience within beverage alcohol, CPG, lifestyle or luxury brands
- Confident, collaborative and culturally curious
