Senior Designer

Senior Designer, London – up to £45k

Hybrid: 3 days on site, 2 days at home.

A fast-growing health/ events company is expanding rapidly. New audiences, bigger stages, more partners, and new brand extensions beyond flagship events. We’re looking for a Senior Designer to own and elevate their visual world as they scale. You’ll shape the creative direction of a growing women’s health brand at a pivotal moment, working closely with senior leadership and playing a key role in how the business grows and partners globally. This is a senior, hands-on role for a brand-first designer who thinks commercially, works fast, and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

The Role

  • Own and evolve the brand identity across events, web, social, partnerships and marketing.
  • Lead creation of brand assets including websites, social content, presentations, and UI-led digital experiences.
  • Shape the visual direction of major live events, including stage assets and environmental design.
  • Support commercial and partnerships teams with high-impact decks, materials, and storytelling.
  • Build simple, scalable design systems and keep everything on-brand.
  • Manage deadlines, juggle priorities, and maintain high quality in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong background in brand and visual design, with experience supporting UI/digital work.
  • Commercially minded, you must understand how brands, partnerships, and businesses operate.
  • Comfortable working in a small, agile team.
  • Proactive, deadline-driven, and happy to be both strategic and hands-on.
