About the Role

Location: NEW STORE KILMARNOCK QUEENS DRIVE
Hours: Weekdays, evenings and weekend 20 hour contracts a week with the opportunity to work more hours
Shifts:Flexible
Salary:£9.85 - £13.10 Per Hour

As a Fragrance Adviser, you’ll use your passion for perfume and fragrance to deliver expert advice and exceptional customer service, helping every customer leave with That [Employer hidden] Feeling.

Your role is primarily based at the fragrance counter, where you’ll confidently advise customers on perfumes and related products, encourage add-on sales. You’ll also support the wider store team, helping to keep the store well merchandised, running smoothly and play a key part in supporting the management team to achieve store targets. 

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • A positive mindset & clear communication skills
  • Passionate about health & beauty and customer service
  • Desire to learn and improve your knowledge/skills
  • Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
