A leading MSP who supports retail, ecommerce and SME’s have an immediate requirement for an experience Network & Telecoms Field Engineer to join them.

Key Skills: Network, Telecoms, Field Engineer, 365, Ubiquiti UniFi, Cat5e, Cat6, IP addressing, VLANs, switching.

Location: Ideally greater London – Field‑based (UK travel required)

Salary: Circa £45,000

Working as a Network & Telecoms Field Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality on‑site installation and support services across a UK client base. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role, requiring strong practical skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional approach when working on client premises.

The role is particularly focused on network installations, structured cabling, and UniFi‑based deployments, with additional responsibility for supporting Microsoft 365 environments during site visits.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a Field Engineer / Network Installation role
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ubiquiti UniFi networking equipment
• Experience running, terminating, and testing Cat5e / Cat6 cabling
• Confident and safe use of power tools and installation equipment
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, switching)
• Experience installing switches, wireless access points, and network hardware
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a support or deployment context
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks on client sites
• Full UK driving licence

This role will involve UK travel with occasional overnight stays.
