FULL DESCRIPTION
Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Coalville for a Warehouse FLT Driver to join their team on a Permanent basis. The successful Candidate will be responsible for working on the day-to-day tasks within the Warehouse. This includes Inbound and Outbound, Stock movements and Order Picking as directed by the Warehouse Team Leaders. The Warehouse Operative should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and a minimum of two years’ experience on a Counterbalance FLT.
Responsibilities
- Safe storage and placement of stock in warehouse locations
- Picking of Ops and Booms and attaching correct Label to each item
- Inspecting goods for damage on arrival and report accordingly
- Safe manual handling of all goods
- Packing and putting away products
- Maintaining, Recording and Monitoring Pallet usage
- Constantly Monitoring/ Recording of damaged goods
- Full adherence to Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Checking goods against delivery notes and label accurately the items
- General Housekeeping Duties
Person specification/Qualification
- Previous experience within a Warehouse environment is required
- Previous experience driving a FLT is required but a licence isn’t essential as the Company will offer in house certification
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent team player
