Lawyer – Commercial Property

What the job involves;

- Assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.

- Drafting reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentation including various transaction reports to clients and professional lenders.

- Developing a good working knowledge of the case management system whilst working efficiently, effectively and professionally.

- Supporting colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients.

What you need:

- To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in Commercial Property, with 2 years post qualified work experience.

- Competent of working independently within in a fast paced environment.

- Have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Commercial Property transaction process.
