We are looking for an experienced IT Training Manager to lead, develop and deliver our training strategy across a wide range of legal and business systems. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our colleagues engage with technology and play a vital role in driving digital adoption across the firm.
You’ll be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking IT team that partners closely with departments across the firm. What does the job involve?
- Lead the development and delivery of high‑quality training programmes for SOS Case Management, Microsoft 365 and other key business systems
- Create blended learning solutions including workshops, webinars, e‑learning and self‑service resources
- Produce clear, accessible user guides, documentation and knowledgebase content
- Support system rollouts and upgrades with tailored training plans and post‑implementation support
- Partner with IT, HR and operational teams to identify training needs and drive digital adoption across the firm
What do you need?
- Experience leading training teams or firmwide IT training programmes
- Experience with legal systems, ideally SOS Connect
- Instructional design / digital learning qualifications
- Understanding of legal workflows, compliance standards and GDPR
- Experience supporting digital transformation or user‑adoption initiatives
