Your day-to-day includes:

  • Understand customer challenges and match them with the right [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] solutions.
  • Introduce and demonstrate TecDoc and TecRMI to prospects in a clear, value‑driven way.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted partner to customers across the aftermarket value chain.
  • Drive the entire sales process — from first contact to closing — while keeping an eye on new opportunities along the way.
  • Translate technical information into meaningful business outcomes customers can act on.
  • Stay organized and structured with documentation, follow-ups, CRM activities, and pipeline management.

Your profile:

  • Experience in sales or business development, ideally in the UK/IE and preferably within the automotive or IT environment.
  • In-depth experience as a sales expert in a hybrid role who opens new doors while growing existing partnerships to expand [Employer hidden]’s footprint in the UK & Ireland.
  • Ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently, highlighting our value in a competitive market.
  • Established B2B sales experience and a professional, self-driven working style.
  • Strong sales analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics 365.
  • Willingness to travel within the region this would include working away from home a couple of nights per week and occasionally to our offices in Germany.
  • Fluent English skills (B2+).
