Cleaning Supervisor
We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in the Schwarzman building in Oxford, this is to work Saturday & Sunday. Core responsibilities include supervising cleaning operators, carrying out site inspections, managing staff rotas, ensuring works are delivered to the required standards, and completing stock management.
About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in the Schwarzman building in Oxford, this is to work Saturday & Sunday
Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
- Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system
- Managing staff rotas for the site, ensuring holiday and sickness is covered
- Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
- Complete stock management, documenting quantities and managing order process for stock
What are we looking for?
- Experience managing cleaning teams.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
