About The Role

Provide centralised control room based monitoring oversight, coordination, support to [Employer hidden] sites, teams, and customers. Incident management, reporting, and response coordination. Oversight and provision of intelligence, incident, and event notification alerts. Conduct information and intelligence research tasks to support the formulation and delivery of associated briefings, intelligence packs, and other content.

Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, building management and other associated systems to support remote access services delivery including but not limited to: - Monitors, test, and respond to intrusion and/or other alarm systems. - Manage / coordinate Key Holding alarms and necessary responses. - Dispatch & coordination of mobile teams staff as appropriate.

Maintain the 24/7 contact centre service for [Employer hidden] encompassing: - Act as the primary [Employer hidden] Major Incident Response control node. - Coordinate and provide business continuity services to [Employer hidden] Teams or customers as directed. - Operation and maintenance of all necessary information systems, documentation, and logs. - Role model standards in essential behaviors and culture including safety, and commitment to our pillars of People, Customer, Simplicity, & Growth. - Support the ongoing expansion to the [Employer hidden] Security Coordination & Intelligence Centre (SCIC), contributing to development of a centre of excellence capability. - Participate in all directed training and continuous professional development. - Any other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate within the scope of broader SCIC responsibilities and the wider Security Risk & Intelligence Unit

Skills & Experience required

Essential - Experience in operational control room or similar environment. - Experience in emergency response / management, CCTV control, or coordination centres. - Valid front-line SIA CCTV Licence (or willingness to undertake). - Experienced information and communications systems operator - Strong communication skills. - Customer focus.

Desirable - Experience in or awareness of scheduling systems (Timegate or similar). - Experience in an intelligence research, handling, and development environment
