Social Strategy & Operations Consultant

Our client is a growing, social-first agency looking to bring in a senior operator to provide high-level guidance and hands-on input across systems, tools and operational efficiencies.

This role will suit someone from a large social agency environment who has been exposed to best-in-class frameworks, proprietary tools and AI-driven workflows, and can translate that experience into practical, scalable improvements. You will work closely with the leadership team to assess current ways of working, identify opportunities to improve efficiency and output, and help implement smarter systems across the business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review current processes, tools and workflows across the agency to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide strategic recommendations on systems, platforms and operational efficiencies
  • Introduce best-practice agency frameworks, including use of AI, automation and scalable processes
  • Support implementation of new tools, integrations and improved ways of working
  • Work closely with leadership to align operational improvements with business growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline production, improve output quality and increase team efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adoption of new systems and processes

Your Experience:

  • Senior experience within a leading social or integrated agency environment
  • Exposure to best-in-class agency tools, frameworks and operational systems
  • Strong understanding of social-first content production and campaign workflows
  • Experience introducing or improving systems, processes or ways of working within teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation and emerging technologies within creative or marketing environments
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
