FULL DESCRIPTION
Female Support Worker - St Ives
This is a 2:1 role so you will work alongside another colleague so that our daughter’s needs can be met. Our daughter’s disability means she relies on you for absolutely everything but her determination, happiness and smile shine through which is infectious. If you are enthusiastic, energetic and have a zest for life, we’d love to hear from you.
Main responsibilities
- To provide person-centred support to the people who use our services.
- To follow the support plans of the people we support and any other relevant documentation
- To support all people in line with their individual communication needs
- Assist with daily activities, which may include medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain open communication with the people we support, their families and within the staffing team to ensure needs are met effectively.
