FULL DESCRIPTION
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our supported living service in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. This role is truly special, as you will be providing person-centred support to a lady with learning disabilities and Autism, allowing her to choose how she wants to live her life and enabling her to reach her full potential.
Main responsibilities
- To provide person-centred support to the people who use our services.
- To follow the support plans of the people we support and any other relevant documentation
- To support all people in line with their individual communication needs
- Assist with daily activities, which may include medication administration, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain open communication with the people we support, their families and within the staffing team to ensure needs are met effectively.
