Understand the critical role of stock management. Learn the purpose of different stock checks (continuous, cyclical, spot), the process for dealing with discrepancies and damaged goods, and how to accurately update records to maintain operational integrity.

Identify internal and external customer needs, understand the positive and negative impacts of service on reputation, and develop positive communication skills like active listening and using the LEAPS model to handle queries effectively.
