Whether you’re in York city centre, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Selby, Harrogate, Northallerton, or rural places like Richmondshire and the Yorkshire Dales, this course fits your schedule and location.

What sets our free forklift licence course apart?

The free FLT licence Advantage:

We know that having an RTITB Forklift Truck Licence is key to getting a warehouse job. Other training providers charge £1,475 for this, but with our YNYCA partnership, it’s included for free. You’ll finish your practical training and RTITB assessment during the 12-week course, so you’ll graduate with your licence and be ready to start work right away.

Why this matters:

York and North Yorkshire logistics hubs actively seek licensed FLT operators. Employers across Sherburn-in-Elmet, York, and Selby need candidates who can start immediately in their growing distribution centres. Your pre-licensed status gives you an advantage over candidates without qualifications.

Comprehensive warehouse knowledge:
As well as your RTITB licence, you’ll get the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Warehousing and Storage. This qualification is recognised across the UK and covers everything involved in working in a warehouse, from receiving goods and preparing them for dispatch to stock control and safety. You’ll learn not just how to drive a forklift, but also how the whole warehouse runs in York and North Yorkshire’s main distribution centres.
