To join, you must meet the following criteria:
- Live in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire.
- Be aged 24 or over
- Have the right to work and study in the UK.
- Commit to the 12-week programme with in-person attendance in Nottingham.

- Unemployed and in receipt of benefits.
- Economically inactive (such as caring responsibilities or health reasons)
- Employed but earning below £33,796.80 before tax.
