FULL DESCRIPTION

Team: Client Services

Location: London (Hybrid Role)

Role Info: 5 days a week including at least 2 days in our Old Street office

What you'll be doing

- Keep projects moving from brief to delivery (and handle all the bits in between) - Be the main point of contact for clients - answering questions, managing expectations, flagging issues before they become problems - Work with our in-house teams (film crew, designers, strategists, media buyers) to bring campaigns to life - Build timelines, write proposals, track budgets - the foundation work that makes everything else possible

You might be a good fit if:

- You've done this kind of work before (2-4 years in account management, ideally in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a creative agency) - You're the person who stays calm when three things need to happen at once - You get energy from working with people - you’ll be collaborating constantly - You can write a clear email and run a meeting without everyone switching off - You've managed complex projects with lots of moving parts - You care about the work, not just ticking boxes
