Highways Electrician
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Ltd is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Highways Electrician to join their expanding team. The role involves working on various projects including street lighting installations, ANPR camera systems, and rail lighting. The position offers a starting salary of £48k, 38 days of holiday, a company van, and opportunities for training and career progression.
What we're looking for
- Operative with Street-lighting or Highways experience.
- G39 and IPAF certifications.
- HERS ECS card.
- 714/2391 Testing & Inspection experience.
- 18th Edition.
- NVQ Level 3 in Highways Electrical Systems *(highly desirable)*.
- JIB Gold Card (desirable).
- 7.5T licence & HIAB ticket *(desirable)*.
- Experience working on motorways *(desirable)*.
- Strong focus on Health & Safety.
- Flexible for night work or working away *(great overtime rates!)*
What yoU'll do
You’ll be working on a range of projects including:
- Street lighting installations, isolator works, and lantern conversions.
- Column installs and SWA terminations *(experience with 25mm+ desirable).*
- ANPR camera systems and other highways electrical infrastructure.
- Rail lighting and other electrical works across diverse environments.
